About the event
“I saw it come down from the sky — a streaking stroke of cyan that flew across the sky and hit the old farmland. It destroyed the old mill, and shortly afterwards the farmhands went missing in the miasma that radiated from it.”
An elderly man tells this tale. Tall or not, it is haunting.
“Shortly afterwards, the farmer came running, his old scythe covered in crystals of shifting hues. He screamed, ‘THE COLOR — IT’S ALIVE!’ No one believed him, of course; he seemed frantic. His wife, whom he never left the side of, was still on the farm. Once the old farmer realized, he ran back to his farm — and was consumed by the shifting miasma. It’s been two weeks, and we still haven’t heard a single thing. Go forth into the Farmstead, and find the source of these crystals.”
