Welcome to Norntolk, a sleepy farming village of just a few hundred souls where life is usually quiet… until now. People have begun to disappear and the once-fertile fields are failing. The mayor has called for outside help before fear and famine take hold.
As investigators sent from the capital, your party arrives to find:
A worried mayor with too few answers.
A ledger of missing villagers that keeps growing.
Strange reports of a sickly-sweet smell on the wind and withered crops near the farmlands.
