This Christmas Eve, the story is not written yet.
Instead of arriving to a prepared adventure, players will build the one-shot together in real time through a Mad Libs–style narrative setup. Locations, villains, motivations, twists, and seasonal nonsense will all be decided at the table before dice ever hit wood.
